Something in the air

An odd piece by any accounts. On one hand, it flashed whole in my mind and I caught it by its tail, jotting it down in a single seating. On the other, it is quite clearly an exercise in limited everything: palette, value range, even the emotion depicted is a rather unvigorous feeling of not quite remembering something important. It’s somewhat off model, alas. Still, I like it.
